Can I use bundle items multiple times?
Yes! You can use any item from the bundle as many times as you like, for your own or your clients' projects. The only restriction is that you may not resell or redistribute our items directly.
What does commercial purpose mean in a bundle?
It means you can build websites for your clients using our themes without being required to include a Gethugothemes copyright link in the footer. You have full freedom to deliver a clean, unbranded product to your clients.
Can I host this item for a demonstration?
It depends. Without permission, you cannot host our items on your own server. If you need to show a theme to a client, we recommend using the official demo link available on each theme's page. It is the easiest and most reliable way to showcase it. However, If the item is released under the MIT License, you may host it yourself as long as you include proper credit to Gethugothemes. We truly appreciate every mention.
Can I remove the footer credit and link in a bundle purchase?
Yes, you can. Bundle purchases do not require you to keep the Gethugothemes attribution in the footer. That said, if you choose to keep it, we genuinely appreciate the support.
Can I use an iframe/screenshot of these templates on my website to show a new client?
No. You may not display our items on your website or any other public platform as if they were your own original work. However, if you have built a project for a client using one of our themes, you are welcome to showcase that completed project in your portfolio. Just make sure to include a credit to Gethugothemes.
What does Free update mean?
Free updates include all future bug fixes and new feature releases for your purchased theme. You will receive these at no extra cost. If you prefer to stay on a specific version, that is completely fine. There is no obligation to update.
What is Premium Support?
Premium Support gives you direct access to our support team, with responses guaranteed within 24 hours on business days. It covers bug fixes and help with theme installation. Please note that Premium Support does not include customization work. It is focused purely on keeping your theme running smoothly.
What is the difference between the Free and Premium versions?
Free themes include a limited set of components, sections, and pages, enough to get a basic website up and running. Premium themes give you significantly more flexibility with a wider range of components, plugins, sections, and pages. In addition, premium purchases include 3 to 6 months of Premium Support and full access to our documentation. Free themes do not come with support or documentation access.
Do you offer client services?
Yes, we also take on client projects including custom Hugo development and theme customization. If you have purchased one of our themes and need it tailored to your specific needs, you can hire us to get it done. Just reach out to us with your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.
