What are the project limits for each bundle plan?
It depends on the plan you choose. The $137 plan allows 1 project per theme for 1 user, the $197 plan allows up to 10 projects per theme for up to 5 users, and the $297 plan allows unlimited projects per theme for up to 20 users. All plans include gives you 60+ premium themes, a Lifetime Usage License (except the starter - 12 Months), and a Commercial Project License. Reselling or redistributing our items directly is not permitted under any plan.
What does commercial purpose mean in a Bundle?
It means you can build websites for your clients using our themes without being required to add Gethugothemes copyright attribution in the footer. You have full freedom to deliver a clean, unbranded product to your clients.
Can I use an iframe/screenshot of these templates on my website to show a new client?
It depends on the scenario. You may NOT display our items on your website or any other public platform as if they were your own original work. If you need to show a theme to a client, we recommend using the official demo link available on each theme's page as it is the easiest and most reliable way to showcase it. However, if you have built a project for a client using one of our themes, you are welcome to showcase that completed project in your portfolio.
What does Free update mean?
Free updates include all future bug fixes and new feature releases for your purchased theme. You will receive these at no extra cost. If you prefer to stay on a specific version, that is completely fine. There is no obligation to update.
What is Premium Support?
Premium Support gives you direct access to our support team, with responses guaranteed within a few hours on business days. It covers bug fixes and help with theme installation. Please note that Premium Support does not include customization service. It is focused purely on keeping your theme running smoothly.
What is the difference between the Free and Premium versions?
Free themes include a limited set of components, sections, and pages, enough to get a basic website up and running. Premium themes give you significantly more flexibility with a wider range of components, plugins, sections, and pages. In addition, premium purchases include 3 to 6 months of Premium Support and full access to our documentation. Free themes do not come with support or documentation access.
Do you offer client services?
Yes, we also take on client projects including custom Hugo development and theme customization. If you have purchased one of our themes and need it tailored to your specific needs, you can hire us to get it done. Just reach out to us with your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.
